Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Prompify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

2. Free tier

The free tier provides 5 prompts per 24-hour period. We reserve the right to adjust this limit with reasonable notice.

3. Paid plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; you retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Acceptable use

Prompify may not be used to generate prompts intended to harm, deceive, or harass others, or to violate the terms of service of the AI models it connects to.

5. API keys

Free-tier users supply their own Claude API key. You are responsible for keeping your key secure and for any charges incurred through your key.

6. Limitation of liability

Prompify is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of AI model outputs, or for any decisions made based on those outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice via email or in-app notification.
