Do I need a Claude API key?
On the free tier, yes — you provide your own key. On paid plans, you use our backend and your key is not required. This saves you setup time and keeps costs predictable.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You get a clear notification in the extension. You can upgrade your plan or wait until your monthly limit resets on your billing date.
Does Prompify work with my language?
Currently English and Arabic are fully supported with complete UI translations. More languages are coming soon — Spanish, French, and Turkish are next.
Is my data private?
Yes. On the free tier, your prompts never leave your device. On paid plans, prompts are processed through our secure backend and are not stored or used for training.
How does the Team plan work?
One Team plan gives 5 seats. All team members share the 2,000 monthly prompt pool. The account owner manages billing and can add/remove seats.
