What we collect
On the free tier, we collect nothing. Your prompts are processed locally and sent directly to Anthropic's API using your own API key — no data passes through our servers. On paid plans, we collect your email address (via Google OAuth), your prompt count for billing purposes, and anonymised usage statistics. We never collect or store the content of your prompts.
How we use your data
Your email is used solely to manage your account and billing. Usage counts are used to enforce plan limits. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or AI training.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for authentication and database (EU servers available), Stripe for payment processing (PCI compliant), and Anthropic's Claude API for prompt generation. Each has their own privacy policy.
Data storage
Account data is stored in Supabase with row-level security — only you can access your own data. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Deleting your account removes all associated data within 30 days. You can request a copy of your data by emailing hello@prompify.app.
