Do I need a Claude API key?
No API key is required. Free and paid plans use our backend to send your request and clarifying answers to Anthropic for prompt generation. Older extensions with a saved personal key may send requests directly to Anthropic.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You get a clear notification in the extension. You can upgrade your plan or wait until your monthly limit resets on your billing date.
Does Prompify work with my language?
Yes — Prompify is fully translated into English, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French. AI replies can be in your language on request.
Is my data private?
No API key is required. Free and paid plans use our backend to send your request and clarifying answers to Anthropic for prompt generation. Older extensions with a saved personal key may send requests directly to Anthropic. When you sign in, we store account details and usage counts. Prompts generated in the extension are saved to your synced library in Supabase; anonymous extension history stays in Chrome. Earlier usage records may contain prompt previews. New generation requests record usage metadata without prompt text.
How does the Team plan work?
One Team plan gives 5 seats. All team members share the 2,000 monthly prompt pool. The account owner manages billing and can add/remove seats.
